Open Ratings
One of the critical elements of the GSA Schedule application is the Open Ratings Report, which assesses a company’s past performance. This report must be included with your GSA Schedule application.
The process involves you providing names and contact information of 6-20 of your customers to Dun & Bradstreet (D&B). The report is generated from data collected in short surveys sent by D&B to the customers you provided.
The survey consists of questions relating to reliability, cost, order accuracy, quality, business relations, personnel, customer support, responsiveness, and overall performance.
