About Us

DKA was formed in 1995 to provide services that include government proposal review, help writing proposals, contract bidding support and contracts consulting services that cover all facets of the federal procurement system, including GSA Schedule proposals, traditional government contract proposals, RFP identification and evaluation, and contract administration support to help companies get on the GSA Schedule.

The four founders, who started DKA and helped companies win a dozen government contracts in the first year, are the same individuals who answer the phone when you call today. This continuity is at the core of our success, as is our belief in going through each step of the GSA contract support process every time. We would not have continued to enjoy this much success by taking shortcuts.

Because this is what we do every day, we see and adapt to the changes in the way the government purchases goods and services. Obviously the GSA Schedule is currently the biggest thing in federal contracting and given how easy and inexpensive it makes the job of contracting officers; we shouldn’t expect that to change.

Certainly while we will continue to help our clients with writing GSA schedule proposals, review each proposal, provide contract consulting and support as well as finding government bidding opportunities and staying on top of the changes and trends in government contracting, DKA will always be focused on what we formed to do: find great contracts to pursue and continue to help winning contracts for our clients.
