The California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS)
The CMAS program allows state and local agencies in the State of California to contract directly with California MAS contract holders for services and products. California Multiple Award Schedule contracts are based on a contractor’s General Service Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule contract, and the prices offered under the CMAS must be the same as or lower than those established in a GSA Schedule contract.
