Because DKA specializes in government contracting, the basis of our business is having attractive opportunities to pursue.
We define 'attractive' as winnable (in that evaluation factors, etc. don't limit competition to just a few
or even one company) and profitable (in that the contract can be won at a price which affords the
opportunity to make at least the profit you want -- we've all seen contracts awarded at prices which appear too low to even
cover operating costs). We can have companies interested in working with us, but without attractive opportunities to pursue
there is no partnership. This first step is vital.
